Kirsten, our host in Georgia, met us at the Tbilisi airport at 3:00 a.m.–a big thanks to her for getting up to meet us. We went to her house, slept until 1:30 p.m. The kids played with Aquil when he came home from his last day of second grade. When Kirsten came home, she brought us down to the Peace Bridge and a brand new park. After strolling for a couple of hours, we returned home to a delicious meal of khatchapuri (Georgian cheese bread), eggplants with walnuts and pomegranite, lobiani (bread stuffed with beans, AKA Georgian burrito) and salad prepared by Manana, their housekeeper and nanny.
