Shanghai is full of interesting buildings. This
is the Shanghai Museum, which is designed to look like an ancient bronze
food vessel.
This is in Renmin (People's) Square. The lower building
with the swayback roof is the Shanghai Grand Theater. The one that
looks like a science-fiction cannon was one of our favorites but we never
got the name of it.
Every day we'd go out into Shanghai to see something new,
eat lunch out, then come back to the hotel and let Cielo have some down
time. We got to know our hotel room very well. Here are Alison
