In Bluff, Utah, we stayed at a cute little hotel run by very friendly people.  It was the "Recapture Lodge", and the guidebook said it was "near" the San Juan River (probably about a mile from the motel).  Only Alison made it to the water, but it was a nice walk.  Here's Cielo grasping her pine cone, one of her favorite things from the trip:

The Recapture Lodge also had a little swingset near the parking lot, including a dolphin-shaped swing that Cielo loved.  She did not want to get off even after quite a bit of swinging:
