Alison drove up to Alaska from Sunnyvale starting on June 16.  On her way, she stopped in Olympia, WA, to see her mom and her friend Glenn.

She stopped at many places along the way, including Bonaparte Falls:

When she arrived in Healy, Alaska, seven days later, she helped her sister Amy start her new cafe, the Purple Plate.
