TEAM SAKAI

Team Sakai was composed of Doug and Joanne. Their ingredient bag contained a variety of cheeses:

By a stroke of luck, Doug is from cheese country. He and Joanne quickly set to finding the right approach:

It didn't take them long to get going, using mascarpone and pasta with tandoori paste for a very original and tasty dish:

They also made a pizza with foccaccia bread and mozzarella cheese. This was a little extra exciting as they were still cutting it into pieces as time ran out. However, they finished on time, with a tasty and attractive pair of dishes:
