TEAM CHIN

Team Chin was Jerry and Chris. Their ingredient bag contained a wide assortment of mushrooms. Given Chris's strong knowledge of Iron Chef and Jerry's reputation as a cook, the crowd settled into a confident air of anticipation:

They began by choosing amongst the many mushrooms, and getting some of the dried ones soaking while slicing some fresh ones.

One dish was simply portabella mushroom served steak-style, with a rich sauce. The other was to be a creamy mushroom stir fry:
